1. Recognize my reality
Don't underestimate or overestimate yourself.
Assess me accurately. Knowing where I am is the first step toward confidence.
2. Don't hesitate. Just take action
Stop being self-conscious. Obsessing what people think of me prevents my actions. People aren't as interested in me as I believe.
There is no correct answer in life. Trust in yourself and follow your heart and do it.
3. Make me who doesn't fall behind
Figure out what I'm lacking.
Continuously learn and study new knowledge and technology. Make me competent for.
4. Learn from your failure
Accept the consequences of what I have done. A sense of self-hatred and self-deprecation holds me back.
Accept failure humbly and move forward to growth.
5. Be perfect, but do not be a perfectionist
If you think you're not good enough, you lose confidence.
I do it with the mindset that I will do it 1,000 times if others do it 100 times.
The most important thing is to remove the barriers that prevent me from being confident. Thanks to meditation, I could eliminate all the obstacles. Relieving worries about the future, experiences of failure, and a sense of inferiority increase confidence. When the barriers that hinder confidence disappear, you go to the original mind.
